Size exchange policy:

  • If the size of your item doesn’t fit, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for an exchange.

  • Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your desired size is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Non-returnable items:

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on any of our items.

  • All sales are final, so please double-check sizing and product details before placing your order.

How to request an exchange:

  1. Email us at [info@anerithelabel.com] within 3 days of receiving your order, include all order details and the new size you would like.

  2. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging.

  3. Once we receive the item and confirm it meets our exchange criteria, we’ll process the size exchange and send you your new item.

Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when exchanging an item for a new size.
